Right to use
Licence Conditions
The material which follows ("the Material") is owned by OTR-Group and is protected by both national and international copyright law. OTR-Group reserves all its rights in the Material. The Material is exclusively available to Members of the OTR Research Group as defined by the OTR-Group Membership Agreement ("Member"). As an employee of a Member organisation, you have the right to make unlimited copies of the Material and distribute the material within the Member organisation only. You may also refer to and reproduce parts of the Material in internal company reports and memoranda, but in this event, you must cite the full title of the Material and refer to OTR-Group as the source.
Should your organisation cease to become a Member, or if you leave the employment of the Member, then your right to use the Material will automatically terminate and all electronic and non-electronic copies of the Material must be immediately destroyed.
Except as expressly provided above, you shall not use, reproduce (either permanently or temporarily), distribute, transfer, lend, adapt, alter, arrange or alter the Material or take any other action inconsistent with OTR-Group's intellectual property rights.
You also expressly agree that in no event shall OTR-Group be liable for any damage or consequential, special or indirect loss resulting from use of the Material.
