Organisation and Technology Research (OTR) is an independent European "think-tank"-based research and consultancy company specialising in information and communications technology (ICT) and consumer electronics. Founded in 1985, OTR has operations in Brussels, London and The Hague.
The company has three core activities:
A subscription-based research programme for technology user organisations.
Research providing insight and analysis in the markets of ICT and consumer electronics.
Consultancy on an ICT strategic and tactical level supporting senior management.
